I’m using the username and password you sent me, but when I try to log into WebAdvisor, it says “The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic.”

This is probably because you are attempting to sign in through the School’s SSO (single sign on), which is not available to Evening Division students. In order to access WebAdvisor, you must go to  and click PARENT/EVENING DIVISION STUDENT LOGIN from the tabs along the top. If you click the regular LOG IN button, it will bring you to the SSO, which will not work.

My username is so hard to remember! Can’t I get an easier username?

It consists of the first initial of your first name, first initial of your last name, and seven-digit student ID number – which can be found on the front of your student ID card. For example, John Doe’s username would be jd0123456.

When I try to reset the password for my WebAdvisor account, the email on the dropdown is my old email address. How can I update my email address?

Please contact the Evening Division Office at [email protected] to update your email address. Note: Once you are logged in, you can also update your email address and other demographic information on “My Contact Information.”

I have tried to login to the WebAdvisor website too many times with an incorrect username or password. Now, I get the message “Errors during transaction. Your account has been disabled due to too many incorrect login attempts.”
